For a Dutch client JMW architects has designed his private residence in Santa Marta Colombia.

The house is enclosed by a wall that separates the private domain from the public area.

The quality of living is fully introvert and private. Next to the private residence the owner bought another piece of land to accommodate another 3 smaller house for rent purposes. These three houses are designed in the same architecture and rhythm of the private residence.
