Waterrijk Eindhoven

At the suburb of the city of Eindhoven about 400 plots were sold to private owners. During economic decline the local municipality did suffer in selling the expensive large plots. Together with the developer JMW architects made an urban concept for 12 houses for small plots for small families or vital elderly couples. The concept suggested small private areas that are shielded by green and small fences. The open spaces between the residences are designed as green spaces that belong to the association of owners.
