Les Pavillions Zwolle

In the southern part of Zwolle, just outside the old city center and railway track an office area is going to be transformed by JMW architects as a mixed use area.

The principal bought 3 office blocks that are becoming transformed to small apartments for young professionals. With this transformation a new transition of the office area into a lively area is initiated. The office blocks are added with balconies and roof terraces. The public spaces with the parking area is redesigned together with green accents on the facades.
