Hispohof Hilvarenbeek

The Hispohal was a well-known indoor sports hall in Hilvarenbeek, but it has since been demolished to make way for a new residential development. At this location, on J.F. Kennedylaan 1, JMW Architects has designed two beautifully crafted apartment buildings, commissioned by Maas-Jacobs, comprising approximately 59 comfortable, single-level apartments. The apartments are being built in a safe, green, and future-proof environment.

Ranging in size from about 50m² to approximately 120m², the apartments cater to a variety of target groups: from starters to seniors, and from singles to couples. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed, features abundant natural light, and is finished to a high standard. Additionally, every apartment includes a spacious balcony or rooftop terrace and at least one private parking space, either at ground level or in the underground garage.
